Maritime is an ideal location is just across the street from the beach via Boardwalk 27 and is a short walk or bike ride to premier Kiawah Island amenities. This luxurious penthouse villa features an open interior, exquisitely detailed with hardwood flooring, beadboard accents, and high ceilings. This residence is beautifully adorned with sophisticated, yet comfortable, coastal furnishings. A coffered ceiling, fireplace with marble surround, custom built-ins, and wet bar highlight the spacious living room. The Maritime community restrictions prohibit rental guests from bringing pets and from using the electric grills on the back deck and the fireplace for fire code safety reasons. There is a designated grilling area by the pool. The facility is also non-smoking.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.
