If you are looking for the perfect Kiawah home, you have found it! Recently featured in Charleston Style and Design magazine (Winter 2023 edition) this fresh, modern, brand new construction by one of Kiawah's most prominent builders, Byrd Builders, 68 Forestay is the ultimate island getaway. Located just a few minutes from Kiawah's famous beaches in the quiet Vanderhorst Plantation, this home was built with all the latest in tech and furnishings. There are FIVE bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths, so the home is perfect for five couples. Add in the 6th bedroom with built in bunk beds equaling 6, extra long twin beds you can bring all the kids if you'd like too (or not!). There are a total of 6 full baths, two half baths, and an outdoor shower as well.
Open spaces and huge windows throughout let in plenty of natural light. The neutral palate makes the home feel comfortable while being spacious and modern. From the vaulted, paneled ceilings to the custom light fixtures, you and your guests will love the custom designer touches in every room, every feature carefully and lovingly added for convenience and beauty.
Perhaps one of the highlights of the home is the extra long infinity edge pool with hot tub. The homeowners have made sure there are plenty of lounge chairs and seating available for long days spent by the pool. You can even cook and dine al fresco due to the built in grilling area with dining table right by the pool deck.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of $300 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Immaculate home + impressive layout
Brand new house, only a few houses away from the boardwalk. The layout is perfect for a group of families or a large multi-generational family vacationing together. The bunk room accommodates 8 kids! The house was thoughtfully designed for ease of going to/from the beach and for maximizing the beautiful natural surroundings. Great areas for everyone to congregate (outdoor living room, main living room, huge upstairs family room). Very well done home.
