The moment you arrive at 723 Virginia Rail you will feel instantly relaxed, this calming home is accentuated with neutral colors, plentiful light, and an open, airy floorplan. This charming four-bedroom, four-bath coastal home enjoys a quiet marsh side setting just beyond the second gate. The beach is a short walk away as is Osprey Point Golf Course and Clubhouse, the Egret Pond fishing dock, and Marsh Island Park Observation Tower. Dining, shopping are all a quick bike ride along the Island's trail system.
Abundant windows illuminate the interiors from top to bottom and frame marsh views to the back and lagoon view to the front. Sophisticated details, such as shiplap and wide-plank hardwood floors, accent the bright, airy interior spaces and create a welcoming home. Spacious chef's kitchen to cook and entertain in.
The primary living space is designed for comfort and convenience with an open concept plan and access to outdoor living. Two walls of glass doors brighten the space and provide direct access to both the screened porch and the pool deck.
Four ensuite bedrooms provide generous and comfortable sleeping quarters. A guest suite on the main level offers dual vanities and a walk-in shower as well as lagoon views while two additional guest rooms upstairs each have a private bath. The master suite is located upstairs with marsh views and a large bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
Surrounded by native palms and live oaks, this home's outdoor living space is well designed for enjoying the natural setting. A screened porch is ideally situated near the kitchen for al fresco dining. The rear deck surrounds the pool (can be heated for $175 per day, four day min required) and has ample space for grilling and relaxing.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

40 Yrs.of Vacationing in Kiawah
It was 40 years ago we started vacationing in Kiawah. Usually including multi-generational family members! Always staying in a rental. This year's stay did not disappoint. 723 Virginia Rail was just as depicted in the listing. Great location, well kept, clean, beautiful decor and kitchen was well equiped. The pool and deck area were perfect! Definitely one of the nicer rentals we've experienced. We would not hesitate to rent this home again!

Kiawah Island Fun
Our vacation rental was full on fun. Our house was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were a big hit with both the kids and adults. We had a lot of fun and relaxed during our stay. The house was stocked with items that we needed, everything was clean. There was a bit of mold around the door that led down to the garage. But overall everything else in the house was great.

A Must Stay!
My family just got back from Kiawah and it was one of our most memorable vacations. Working with ESPM was seamless from start to finish. The house we stayed at was as advertised and had everything we needed. Bikes were already there when we got there and the pool company came and heated the pool early the following morning.
This home is located on a quiet but friendly street on the Island. Beach, Golf Courses and Bikes were all very close. We absolutely look forward to returning to Kiawah again soon.

Beautiful home in great location
We were in Kiawah for Thanksgiving with our family this year and this house was a perfect fit! The house had many windows that offer natural light throughout and the open floor plan made it easy to spread out and enjoy each other's company. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving feast (it was a nice touch that ESPM gave us a disposable turkey roasting pan)! The bedrooms were very nice and all had ensuite bathrooms which made it nice for our sons and their guests. The half bath on the first floor is also nice so you don't need to go into someone's bedroom to use the bathroom. The hot tub and pool were great and overlooked the marsh behind the house. It was also convenient having two sets of washers and dryers. Check in and out was very easy and painless. The house was extremely clean. It is located very close to Osprey Point Golf Course and Turtle Point and The Ocean Course are very short drives away. The location was very convenient to bike ride to the beach and many restaurants and stores are a short drive away. I would highly recommend this house to anyone! ESPM was a joy to work with and always responded to our questions or requests quickly.

Lovely Virginia Rail
Lovely house - nicely laid out with all of the amenities that we have become used to. Love the hardwoods throughout, two washer/dryers, beautiful well stocked kitchen. Loves the screened in porch and the pool/spa was fabulous. Had a problem with the cable, but Paul and Elisabeth were very efficient in getting it resolved.

Beautiful Home
This home is beautifully cared for and very clean. The kitchen is well organized and offers all the essentials that you would need. The layout is open and flows well out to the pool which was clean and regularly maintained during our stay.

My third rental home vacation at Vanderhorst plantation; this was easily the best! Smoothest operation, well-organized rental agency and homeowners have thought of every detail to allow for stress-free vacationing!

Beach Bash
We loved our stay at this rental. We had plenty of room for three families to enjoy the space with plenty of privacy. The property was as pictured. It was clean and everything functioned as expected. We had a super view of the marsh and loved having a private pool. It was a quick drive or bike ride to the beach. Would highly recommend. The property management team was excellent quick to answer any questions.

Great location. About 10 minute bike ride to boardwalk 40. Kids loved the pool! Beds super comfy. Everyone had a lovely time.
