Welcome to spectacular Beachside Treehouse, the best spot for your family getaway to Kiawah Island!
Lovingly referred to as "The Treehouse" due to being nestled amongst the mature maritime forest of Kiawah, allowing for optimal privacy on the expansive decks, this completely renovated ocean view home has its own private boardwalk directly to the beach. Located in one of the most desirable locations on Kiawah in the heart of the Vanderhorst Plantation, this unique home has over 2,500-square-feet of decking and screened porches on both levels to take advantage of the ocean breeze. There are three bedrooms, three baths on the first floor with an additional bedroom and bath on the second level. One of the bedrooms on the first floor is a perfect area for a group of children, with two double beds and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Each bedroom also has its own private screened-in porch to enjoy your morning coffee. Walls of windows highlight the ocean views on the second floor from the bright, well-decorated living room, dining room, and a gourmet kitchen.
The home is equipped with wireless internet throughout, in case you absolutely must work while you are here. A comfortable screened porch is conveniently located just off the kitchen and there are decks featured off both the dining and living rooms. This magnificent home, accommodating up to 10 guests, is the perfect location for a grand beach vacation. There is also a gas grill on the porch so you can enjoy the view while you prepare dinner. This property includes ample parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products and detergents. There is a garage for bike/beach gear storage as well as a handy storage bin at the end of the beach access boardwalk. A shower room just off the garage is also helpful for rinsing off after a day on the beach!
The home is centrally located to several wonderful island amenities such as Turtle Point Golf Course, the Roy Barth Tennis Center, the Sanctuary hotel/spa and restaurants, and Kiawah's famous paved bike trails.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

probably my tenth trip to kiawah. The house did not disappoint, great porches with atlantic views. my own private boardwalk to walk to the beach. adjacent to turtle cougar and osprey.

A Wonderful Week by the Ocean
The house was perfect for our family. clean, oceanfront, nicely appointed and in our favorite part of the Island. We are repeat KI visitors and this was one of our best houses and properties.

Perfect location and set-up
This was our family’s third trip to Kiawah this year.
This home was by far the best. Loved the upstairs living area and the view was incredible. Beach access was so easy with having the boardwalk straight to the sand. One thing I may recommend- send a crew through the the sand between end of boardwalk and beach to remove sand spur plants!

Would request a few more coffee mugs and small bowls to be provided. Very minor stuff. Else a superb place.

Ocean views , ocean views
Visited with another couple. Clearly way more house than needed but really wanted to have beach access. Yoga at sunrise, and lovely sunsets. House was very clean, well stocked (no Keurig pods) and would return.

An Amazing Oasis within an Oasis
Perfect. Our own boardwalk to the beach and it truly is a "Treehouse." A lot to exercise. About 200 steps a day. Beautiful views. ESPM staff (Crystal) was amazingly responsive. Absolutely the only issue was with the grill. The ignition didn't work. ESPM provided long lighters, but I had to remove the very dirty grill in order to light them. Very messsy. Everything else was magical.

Treehouse Gem with Ocean Views
Everything at this house was exactly as described and then some! Ocean views from the dining room, living room, kitchen, some bedrooms and especially the massive front deck. House just steps from the beach using a private walkway. Open, with a tree-house feel...beautiful. Credit provided for bike rentals (We biked all over the island including to tennis and pickle ball.) We look forward to returning!

We had the most enjoyable time with friends from the West Coast, North Carolina, and the Atlanta, Georgia area. Total relaxation, with the beautiful scenery. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. All the rooms and decks were enjoyable. We enjoyed the beach close proximity for morning and afternoon walks. Family Kiawah Long Weekend
UNBELIEVABLE home! I’ve been coming to Kiawah for 37 years (we came on our honeymoon and been back ever since!) This home was very well appointed and our family of 10 had their own space snd porch. The outdoor seating was very spacious and the views unparalleled! My favorite house ever!

Great family getaway!
We had a wonderful family reunion with our adult children and grandchild. Beach was right outside our front deck and we had a fantastic week at the beach!
