Professionally decorated by a Charleston-based interior designer, no detail has gone overlooked and no expense has been spared. Vaulted ceilings in the open living room and dining area and calacatta marble in the main bathroom are just a few of the high-end touches inside this home. Outside the cottage, you can enjoy a wide range of recreation and community amenities including the Olympic-size pool with a bathhouse, deepwater dock, kayak launch, and screened-in cabana.

Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
